- Painted Rock Family Medicine is located on the corner of Dransfeldt Road and Lincoln Ave in Parker Colorado. We are Behind Lowe’s in a Red Brick House (Building).
- If you are Coming from Aurora/Centennial, take Parker Road South, West on Lincoln, immediate Left on Dransfeldt and we are at 9998 Dransfeldt Road.
- If you are traveling East on Lincoln, take a right Dransfeldt Road and an immediate Left into our parking lot on 9998 Dransfeldt Road.
What documents should I bring for my first appointment?
- ID
- Insurance card
- Payment if you have a copay or are self-pay
- We will give you the initial paperwork in office 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
- If you are sending your child without a parent or with a caretaker, please print and sign the Parental Preauthorization Paperwork or Care of a Minor Waiver form.
